licensed by MyEventZ and/or event partners and may not be used by you without
prior written approval. MyEventZ will aggressively enforce its intellectual
property rights to the full extent of the law. Sound, graphics, charts, text,
video, information, or images of places or people are either the property of MyEventZ
or used on this site with permission. Your use of any of these materials is
prohibited unless specifically provided for on the site. Any unauthorised use
of these materials may subject you to penalties or damages, including but not
limited to those related to violation of trademarks, copyrights, privacy, and
publicity rights.

User Submissions and Content
Do not post on this site, or transmit to this site, any
pornographic, obscene, profane, defamatory, libellous, threatening, unlawful or
other material which could constitute or encourage conduct that would be
considered a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, promote the
excessive or irresponsible consumption of alcohol, or otherwise violate any law
or regulation. Notwithstanding the fact that MyEventZ or other parties involved
in creating, producing, or delivering this site, may monitor or review
transmissions, posting, discussions, or chats, MyEventZ and all parties
involved in creating, producing or delivering this site, assume no
responsibility or liability which may arise from the content thereof, including
but not limited to claims for defamation, libel, slander, obscenity,
pornography, profanity, or misrepresentation.
MyEventZ may provide interactive areas on the MyEventZ sites,
in which users may post communications. You alone are responsible for the
content of your communications, and the consequences of any such
communications.
In consideration of being allowed to use MyEventZ, you

postings or member names that violate the above terms and will cooperate fully
with any law enforcement officials and/or agencies in the investigation of any
violator or violators.
Registration and Password
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of
your login ID and password (your "registration"). You shall be
responsible for all uses of your registration, whether or not authorized by
you. You agree to immediately notify MyEventZ of any unauthorized use of your
registration.
Disclaimer of Warranties
We and all other web publishers have no control over the
Internet, which is a global public network of computers and the method by which
you access our website. As a consequence and in common with most web publishers
we take no responsibility for service interruption or the transmission of
viruses or other malicious computer code through our website.
By entering this site you acknowledge and agree that your
use is at your own risk and that none of the parties involved in creating,
producing, or delivering this site is liable (to the extent that such liability
is not prohibited at law) for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect,
or punitive damages, or any other losses, costs, or expenses of any kind
(including legal fees, expert fees, or other disbursements) which may arise,

INABILITY TO USE MyEventZ OR (B) FOR THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE
GOODS AND SERVICES OR (C) RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR
OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH MyEventZ OR
(D) RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS
OR DATA, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA
OR OTHER INTANGIBLE, EVEN IF MyEventZ HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF
SUCH DAMAGES.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold each of MyEventZ and its
officers and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal
fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of MyEventZ,
the violation of these Terms of Use by you, or the infringement by you, or any
other subscriber of your account, of any intellectual property or other right
of any person or entity.
Termination
MyEventZ reserves the right, at its sole discretion,
immediately and without notice to suspend or terminate (i) these Terms of Use;
(ii) your registration with or ability to access MyEventZ and/or any other
service provided to you by MyEventZ upon any breach by you of the Terms of Use or
upon your demonstration of conduct that MyEventZ determines to be inappropriate.
Applicable Law; Consent to Jurisdiction
BY ENTERING THIS SITE YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THIS
SITE WILL ONLY BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO SCOTTISH LAW. IF YOU USE
THIS SITE FROM OTHER JURISDICTIONS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLIANCE WITH ANY
AND ALL APPLICABLE LOCAL LAWS.
You agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with MyEventZ,
or in any way relating to your membership or use of MyEventZ, resides in the
courts of Scotland and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise
of personal jurisdiction in the courts of Scotland in connection with any
dispute including any claim involving MyEventZ or its affiliates, subsidiaries,
employees, contractors, officers, directors, telecommunication providers and
content providers. If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or
for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable
from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any
remaining provisions.
Currencies
The currency for any transaction will be the the same as that of the competition entry fee.
For Event Entry
By entering an event through MyEventZ you agree to the
following:
ENTRY AGREEMENT
I certify that I am the actual owner of the animal and/or
equipment, or that I am the duly authorised agent of the actual owner whose
name(s) I have entered and I authorise MyEventZ to submit this entry to the
hosting club on my behalf. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, I
(we) agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the hosting club in effect
at the time of this event, and any additional rules and regulations appearing
in the entry conditions of this event and entry form and any decision made in
accord with them. I (we) agree that the club holding this event has the right
to refuse this entry for cause which the club shall deem sufficient. In
consideration of the acceptance of this entry and of the holding of this event
and of the opportunity to win prizes, ribbons, or trophies, I (we) agree to
hold the MyEventZ, the event-giving club, their members, directors, governors,
officers, agents, superintendents or event secretary and the owner and/or
lessor of the premises and any provider of services that are necessary to hold
this event and any employees or volunteers of the aforementioned parties, and
any approved judge, judging at this event, harmless from any claim for loss or
injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to any
person or thing by the act of this entry while in or about the event premises
or grounds or near any entrance thereto, and I (we) personally assume all
responsibility and liability for any such claim; and I (we) further agree to
hold the aforementioned parties harmless from any claim for loss, injury or
damage to the entrants. Additionally, I (we) hereby assume the sole
responsibility for and agree to indemnify, defend and save the aforementioned
parties harmless from any and all loss and expense (including legal fees) by
reason of the liability imposed by law upon any of the aforementioned parties
for damage because of bodily injuries, including death at any time resulting there
from, sustained by any person or persons, including myself (ourselves), or on
account of damage to property, arising out of or in consequence of my (our)
participation in this event, however such, injuries, death or property damage
may be caused, and whether or not the same may have been caused or may be
alleged to have been caused by the negligence of the aforementioned parties or
any of their employees, agents, or any other persons. I (WE) AGREE THAT ANY
CAUSE OF ACTION, CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE ENTRY,
EXHIBITION OR ATTENDANCE AT THE EVENT BETWEEN MyEventZ AND THE EVENT-GIVING
CLUB (UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED IN THE ENTRY CONDITIONS) AND MYSELF (OURSELVES)
OR AS TO THE CONSTRUCTION, INTERPRETATION AND EFFECT OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE
SETTLED BY ARBITRATION BY THE APPLICABLE ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION. HOWEVER,
PRIOR TO ARBITRATION ALL APPLICABLE BYLAWS, RULES, REGULATIONS AND PROCEDURES
MUST FIRST BE FOLLOWED AS SET FORTH IN THE ANY APPLICABLE CHARTER AND BYLAWS,
RULES, REGULATIONS, PUBLISHED POLICIES AND GUIDELINES.
Entry Confirmation
Upon successful submission of your entry, you will receive
an email confirming your entry with 24 hours.
Payments/Refunds
| 1. | It is important to note that the charges/fees and conditions are
subject to change. |
| 2. | Competitor Refunds – Competitors may cancel their entry prior to the Entry Closing Date of the competition subject to the agreement of the Event Organiser.
Any refund will be made within 28 days but an administration charge may be made to competitors to cover any costs incurred. Competitor cancellation is
not permitted after the Entry Closing Date. |
| 3. | Event curtailment or cancellation – A suitable cash refund may be
offered to competitors as soon as possible but this will be made by the organiser of the event. However funds will not be
unreasonably withheld if these are required to cover committed expenditure.
Competitors may be offered alternative compensation, in addition to the cash
refund option, if desired. |
| 4. | Competitor Entry Charge – a small handling charge may be made for each invoice payment processed by the
system. If a credit card is used then a fee may additionally be applied with a minimum
fee.
Competitor refunds will not include the entry charge. |

Organiser Entry Charge – a small handling charge may be made for each invoice payment processed by
the system. This charge will not be refundable. |
| 6. | Event Fee – will be dependent on the size of the event and the services chosen.

| 7. | Organiser Payment – If using our Payments provider then this will be by electronic transfer of the entry fees collected by the system 7 working days after the event
entry closes.
The payment will be minus any MyEventZ fee and charges. |
Miscellaneous
Although this site may be linked to other sites, MyEventZ is
not, directly or indirectly, implying any approval, association, sponsorship,
endorsement, or affiliation with the linked site, unless specifically stated
therein. By entering this site you acknowledge and agree that MyEventZ has not
reviewed all the sites linked to this site and is not responsible for the
content of any off-site pages or any other site linked to this site. Your
linking to any other off-site pages or other sites is at your own risk.
The failure of either party to insist upon or enforce strict
performance by the other party of any provision of the Terms of Use or to
exercise any right under the Terms of Use will not be construed as a waiver or
relinquishment to any extent of such party's right to assert or rely upon any
such provision or right in that or any other instance, rather, the same will be
and remain in full force and effect.
MyEventZ may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms
of Use and upon such assignment MyEventZ may be relieved of any further
obligation hereunder.
You represent to MyEventZ that you have the authority to
register with MyEventZ according to these Terms of Use.
MyEventZ reserves the right to charge fees, surcharges
and/or membership fees at any time and to change these by giving sufficient
notice.
